Curtain thickness cannot be less than 1/16 of the floor height. (TBDY 2018 7.6.1.2)
In TBDY 2018 Article 7.6.1.1 (a) , except for the special cases specified in 7.6.1.3, the wall thickness in the body area of rectangular and U, L and T curtains shall not be less than 1/16 of the story height and 250 mm. .
This message occurs because the wall thickness, story height ratio is not provided.
Solution:
If the height of the story will not change, increase the thickness of the shearwall with the name and the floor, not less than 250 mm until the requested condition is met.
Choose shearwall, shearwalls.
Enter the properties.
In the general settings tab, increase the shearwall width and click the OK button.
