For curtains Mdev> = Mo / 3 condition could not be met in (X / Y) direction.
In the article 4.3.2.4 of TBDY 2018 , two conditions defined in (a) and (b) below are specified in any direction in buildings with reinforced concrete curtain and / or steel braced frame with DTS = 1, 1a, 2, 2a .
(a) a single pitch bearing system or steel receives base stall torque of the bracing frame M DEV , then the total floor tilting moment occurring in seismic loads for the entire building in the direction M o ' s third is no greater than.

(a) If it cannot be provided, check the "(4/5) R apply" option in Analysis Settings / TBDY Options Tab and repeat the analysis in the requested direction.
