After logging in to the customers portal, follow the steps below to access other users' questions.

Click the Requests button on the top right of the customers portal page .

Click on the Other Concrete Users line from the drop-down list .
If you are only an ideCAD Structural Concrete or ideCAD Architecture user, only the Other Concrete Users or Other Architecture Users rows are listed.

Other users' questions will be listed.
