Width-to-Thickness Ratios for IMF per AISC 341-16 with ideCAD
How does ideCAD control Width-to-Thickness Ratios for intermediate moment frames according to AISC 341-16?
The moment resisting frames and centrally braced frames which contains columns, beams and braces with different cross-sections are controlled and reported.
The structural frame members, such as columns and beams with moderate ductility levels, are controlled according to Table D1.1 and are reported in steel column and steel beam reports.
