With the Steel Hand Rail Macro on Arc command, arc steel hand rails are created.
Location of Steel Hand Rail Macro on Arc Command
You can access it under the ribbon menu Steel tab Macro.
Usage Steps

Click the steel hand rail macro on arc command.

Create the starting point of the hand rail by clicking with the left mouse button.

Specify the end point and click the left mouse button.

Determine the diameter of the arc by moving the mouse and click the left button.

Your hand rail will be created.
