Editing Last Dioganal and Mid Vertical Element

With the last dioganal and mid vertical element settings, the trusses are arranged by adding the middle vertical element and last dioganal to the trusses.

Location of Editing Element Settings

You can access the Truss Settings dialog by clicking the Settings icon from the Trusses toolbar that opens when the Truss command is clicked. Truss middle vertical and final cross member settings are located in Elements tab.

Usage Steps

• Click the Truss icon in the ribbon menu .

• The trusses toolbar will open. Here Settings , click the icon.

• The Truss Settings dialog will be displayed. Here Elements click the tab.

• If you don't want the truss to be vertical there, uncheck the mid-vertical option.

• If you don't want the last dioganal to be, check the Delete last dioganal.

• Change the direction of the last dioganal by checking the option mirror last dioganal.

• When you click the OK button, your truss will be formed according to the selections.

Elements Tab

Specifications
Med-vertical By unchecking the option, the central vertical element of the truss is removed.
Remove last dioganal By checking the option, the last dioganal member of the truss is removed.
Mirror last diagonal Checking the option, the direction of the truss is changed by taking the symmetry of the last dioganal member.
