Hide/Show Edge Part command defines local offset at the edge of the sweep edge, hides a part of the edge created by the inside cut commands, or displays the hidden part.
Location of Hide/Show Edge Part Command
You can access it from the ribbon menu Modify tab under Entity Edit title.
Usage Steps

Click the Hide/Show Edge Part icon.

Click on the edge part you want to keep in the sweep you previously drawn.

The edge part of the sweep will no longer be visible.

To make a hidden edge part visible again, repeat the same process.
