With the Create New Layout command, a new blank layout is created for the layout design. While creating the layout, the layout dimensions, borders, margins, etc. layout related settings are made.

In the Architectural Program
You can access it under the ribbon menu Drawings tab, Layout Design heading.
In the Structural Program
You can access it under the ribbon menu Drawings tab, Layout Design heading.
Usage Steps

Click the Create New Layout icon.

The Layout Settings dialog will open.

Make the necessary settings in this dialog.

Click the OK button.

A new sheet will be created.
