Extend to Axis Border
By activating the Extend to Axis Border feature, the axis lengths are automatically drawn according to the Contour Line and Axis Border layout. The ends of the axes that cross the contour line are extended up to the axis limit determined by the contour line .
With Left delta and Right delta values, you can extend or shorten the axis, left or as much as the value you entered. A negative value indicates that the corresponding end of the axis will shorten, and a positive value indicates that it will lengthen.
Location of Extend to Axis Border Feature
You can access the extend to axis border feature from the general tab of the axis settings dialog .
Usage Steps
Select the axis you want to extend to the left side and enter its settings.
Enter 150 in the left delta line.
Click the OK button to close the dialog.
Your axis will get longer.
Select the axis you want to shorten.
Enter -150 in the left delta line.
Click the OK button to close the dialog.
Your axis will be shortened.
