The calculation line on an existing concrete slab is deleted with the Remove Concrete Calculation Line command.
Location of Remove Concrete Calculation Line Command
You can reach it under the Concrete tab in the ribbon menu under the Concrete heading.
Usage Steps

Click the remove concrete calculation line icon.

Move your mouse over the concrete calculation line you want to delete and click with the left button.

Concrete calculation line will be deleted.
