Dimension texts are moved and replaced with the Move Dimension Texts command. Only one dimension text can be moved at a time.
Location of the Move Dimension Text Command
Select the dimension you want to move the text of, click the right mouse button and click Move Dimension Text from the menu that opens.
In the Architectural Program
You can access it under the ribbon menu Modify tab, Entity Edit title.
In the Structural Program
You can access it under the ribbon menu Modify tab, Entity Edit title.
Usage Steps

Select the dimension you want to move text and click the right mouse button.

After clicking the right mouse button, click the Move Dimension Text line or the Move Dimension Text icon in the ribbon menu .

Select the dimension text you want to move.

The text you choose will move depending on your mouse movement.

Move your mouse to the point you want to move, click the left button.

Your measurement text will be moved.
