With the tube command, a tube is created from 3D geometric objects.
Location of Tube Command
You can access it under the Ribbon menu Home tab, Entities title.
Usage Steps

Click on the Tube icon.

If you want, you can change the object properties by clicking the settings icon from the tubes toolbar.

At this stage, enter the object height in the value box on the auxiliary toolbar.

Click a point in the drawing area. The object will be formed.
