Layout Design
In order to block 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional drawings in various drawing windows and collect them on a single page, the layout design commands have been developed in the ideCAD. For the layout design, a layout is first created. Objects or groups of objects that are blocked from any drawing window are placed in this layout. Even if the source of these drawings placed on the sheet has changed at any stage of the project, the blocks in the sheet are automatically updated with the block update command.
With the layout design, all kinds of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional drawings can be combined, and pictures (bmp, jpg, etc.) can be added. Layout plans, sections, elevations, details can be combined in a layout with the layout design.
