If you do not receive the activation e-mail;

  • Wait and check again.

  • If it still doesn't arrive, check your Spam folder.

  • Unless you receive the activation mail, contact support team.

If the activation mail has arrived but the link is not working;

  • Copy the link URL and paste it into the browser.

  • If you're still having problems, contact support team.
