Offset
With the offset command, 2-dimensional objects (line, circle, arc) are copied inner or outer in parallel direction by the specified distance.
Location of the Offset Command
You can access the offset command from the ribbon menu Drawings tab under the Modify heading.
Offset Toolbar
Usage Steps
Click the Offset icon in the ribbon menu .
Enter the offset distance in the offset distance box on the offset toolbar that opens.
Select the object and click the side to be offset.
Click the right mouse button or press esc on the keyboard to finish.
