Creating a Steel Slab Hole

The draw slab hole command is used to create a slab gap in steel slab.

Location of the Draw Slab Hole Command

It is available in the Slab for Steel auxiliary toolbar that appears on the screen after the composite laying command is run.

Usage Steps

  • Click the Composite Slab icon from the ribbon menü.

  • Click the Draw Slab Hole icon from the Slab for Steels toolbar.

  • Select the slab you want to open.

  • Select your continuous elements that define the boundaries of the slab hole.

  • When you click the right mouse button, your hole will be created.
