How to add a project file to the customers portal with cde extension?
Compress, save and add the ideCAD project file you want to add to your question.
Usage Steps
Click on the ideCAD logo.
Save by clicking " Save Compact " from the menu that opens.
This saved file will have the extension "*.cde" and the file size will be very small.
In the customers portal, click the File Attachment section Browse button.
Find the location of the file you want to add to your question from your computer, select the file and press the Open button.
The file you selected will be loaded.
When the installation process is finished, the project file with the .cde extension will be added to your question.
